Ringside Perspective - Pro Wrestling Photography
Pro wrestling has been a large part of my life for a while, since 2013, and for a while it looked like it might become my career. However, I realised that, as with most passion projects, the more time you pour into it the less you start to enjoy it. Thus, I have dialed it back to very much be something I enjoy rather than need to do. Below I have linked the best of my best images, and I will continue to update this as I go. If you want any more information on any of the promotions or wrestlers featured more information can be found out on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, or drop me a message about it as I really like talking about it!
I've been fortunate enough to work for the majority of the biggest promotions all around the UK and as far as Italy and Germany. I've shot shows in front 10000 in Manchester Evening News Arena, I'm the only wrestling photographer ever allowed at ringside in the Royal Albert Hall and some of the biggest stars in the industry consider me their favourite photographer. However, some of the most fun I've ever had has been in a converted barn in Cheltenham in front of 120 people or in an converted Warehouse in Wolverhampton. The industry isn't about how many people I work with or how much money I get paid, it's about how much the experience means to me. And that's what I'm enjoying focussing on.
