Introduction to My Wedding Photography- London Wedding Photography

May 07, 2015  •  Leave a Comment

Weddings are arguably the most intense form of photography. Spontaneous, once in a lifetime moments have to be captured at a moments notice whilst emotions are running extremely high but whether its in a traditional style or if its a bit out there, the things that shows up every time are love and joy - and the love motivates and inspires me to produce awesome and unique images with my wonderful couples!

To date I have photographed four weddings as the primary photographer, I have shot with my good friends Marianne, Skins and John at seven weddings they've taken me along to and I was a lighting assistant for a long time before I even picked up a camera at a wedding. My experience is varied, my smallest wedding being just twelve people at a registry office and my wildest being well over 700 people in a Tamil ceremony, and I understand what it means to be a wedding photographer in 2015 - Stiff posing and sepia toned cake shots aren't my style! I prefer to let the happy couple and their family and friends get on with the party and I just spectate and capture the fun happenings going on around me in a creative and candid Documentary Photography way, retaining the unique story of the day in my personal way, with a few occasional helping tweaks to get a shot just right!

In the coming weeks I will try to blog each of the weddings I have shot individually and showoff my favourite photos from the day as well as tell the couple's stories. In the meantime, I've selected a few of my favourite images from the weddings I've attended.  Click on the images to take you to the full gallery of photos from each day, and if you'd like to see my pricing structure please click here. If you want to skip the looking at prices part please drop me an enquiry email here and lets get talking!

Enjoy the photos below, every time I see them I get a bit of the same thrill I got when I took them, which is possibly the best feeling in the world!
